At GearUp ("GearUp", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Digicians (Mehul Joisar), we are committed to being transparent about how payments and refunds work. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing to or purchasing any of our Services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Refund Policy, please do not make any purchases or subscribe to our Services.

1. No Refund Policy

GearUp does not provide refunds for any purchases or subscriptions made for our Services. All sales are considered final upon completion of the transaction.

2. Rationale

Our no-refund policy is based on the nature of our digital services, which provide immediate access to GearUp's features and tools upon payment.

Once you gain access to our Services, we are unable to recover the infrastructure, server resources, and operational costs allocated to your account. The digital nature of our product means that access and value are delivered instantly, making it impractical to reverse or reclaim what has been provided.

3. Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in cases of:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the Service.
  • Erroneous charges or billing errors.
  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.

These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of GearUp and Digicians.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Services until that date.

4.2 No Partial Refunds

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the billing cycle after cancellation. Your access will simply not renew once the current period concludes.

4.3 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your account will revert to a free plan (if available) or be deactivated at the end of the billing period. Your data may be retained for a period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial period ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will activate automatically and you will be billed accordingly.

Free trials are offered at GearUp's discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

6. Lifetime Deals

6.1 Non-Refundable

Purchases of lifetime deals are non-refundable. By completing such a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

6.2 Account Termination

If a lifetime deal account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service — including but not limited to sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party — no refund will be issued.

6.3 Service Continuity

Lifetime deals provide access to the Services for as long as GearUp continues to operate. However, we reserve the right to modify features, plans, and offerings at our discretion.

7. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page, with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
